Samsung’s Tizen phone is available in two countries, India and Bangladesh, Samsung was able to sell over 100,000 units in India alone with this success, Samsung is planning to make the Tizen phones including a rumored Z2 will be made available in other countries, as reported by Business Korea website.
According to the report Tizen phones will be available in United States, China, Korea, Russia, Malaysia, and European countries, in the second half of this year. The new phone might be the rumored Samsng Z2 with a higher specs running the Tizen 3.0, 1 GB RAM, 32 -bit quad-core CPU, a PLS TFT-LCD display panel with a resolution of 960×540, a 2,000 mAh battery.
So far Samsung Z1 is the only Tizen phone that is available in the market with the price of 92 USD and even received a price cut last week and now only cost around 80.07 US dollars. The Samsung Z1 has a 4-inch WVGA PLS screen, 4 GB storage space which is expandable to 32 GB via microSD card, with only 768 MB RAM.
