A different game inspired by a unique breed of game, a science fiction action, its more than just defeating the enemy, you have to read and explore each character to be into the game, and to understand the whole story of this RPG based novel game.
The Sage Fusion 2 is the sequel to the Sage Fusion, Kidalang the developer created a unique blend of gameplay with this one, not your typical type of game that is showing up in app stores. It is at first confusing, you have to go back and forth to other scene to figure out the way, a long dialogue to the different characters and collecting items from different scenes and locations, which might the key to the next challenge. I guess it is what makes the game interesting and challenging. It’s not just about making a high score at the end of the game just like other game apps, it’s about being in the story.
The story started with a long intro, making us think that it’s more of a story than a game but we are ok with it, it introduced you to the story if you haven’t played the first one, it has a classy theme with mixed of politics, religion and drama in life. The game has a slow pace at first but gradually increases as the game goes on, it has an exact timing for each sequence. The cast of characters might overwhelm you and the scripts, wishing that you have read the conversation carefully to figure out some of the challenges in some scenes, but it’s carefully orchestrated making the game interesting and not boring at all.
A well crafted RPG novel game, well executed and designed
The graphics remind us of Japanese character drawings, it is well designed and drawn, overall the game is a two thumbs up…great gameplay, nice graphics and carefully planned and executed.. No wonder why it won the Grand Prize Winner of Tizen App Challenge in Role-Playing and Strategy Games category.
Sage Fusion 2 is a hybrid between Role-Playing Game (RPG), adventure, and visual novel. This is the sequel of the previously released Sage Fusion game, and is the last chapter which concludes the story. However, the game is designed and written so that new players who haven’t played the first game can also play it.
